Services

We provide translation, editing and proofreading services. The exact scope, deliverables, language pair, format, deadline and price for each project are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

Quotes & acceptance

Quotes issued via our website are estimates and subject to review of the source documents. A project starts only after you confirm acceptance and any agreed payment terms.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, fees are in AED and exclusive of any applicable VAT.

Confidentiality

We treat all client documents and information as confidential. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.

Revisions

We are committed to high quality. If you identify errors in our translation, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will revise them at no charge.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the translated deliverables become your property. We retain no rights to your source content.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website to upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content. We may decline projects that conflict with UAE law or our policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
